I underwent an HSG test/scan at dr. Bloch & Partners on 6/5/2013 and can't even explain my frustration... The test itself was so painful, humiliating and horrible that I hope no-one ever has to go through it, ever. I was in tears, needless to say I never realised that I was handed the WRONG invoice, which I paid in my haze. I then paid the rest via EFT and, after a very long struggle, was told my account was paid in full, and as of yet no apology for the wrong invoice & inconvenience. I was told more than once, that this test will NOT be covered by the medical aid, which is why I paid the full amount. Now they are claiming from my medical aid (which they deny)... so I paid, and the medical aid (Discovery, which I am very happy with) has to pay too...? TERRIBLE INCOMPETENT ADMIN DEPARTMENT!! Now I'm told my account is not paid in full, which I've already proven with POP?? Still awaiting my receipt...
