Double payment made for booking - Refund required

On 19 February 2013 I stayed over at the Peermont Metcourt hotel at Emperors palace, On checking in I realised I did not have a copy of my payment receipt that I had paid as an internet transfer. The lady on reception insisted that they had no record of my payment and insisted that I pay the account unless I could prove that I had already paid. I paid using my Mastercard and was allowed to stay over.
On my return to home I printed the proof of payment and when in Johannesburg on 25 February 2013 I went back to the hotel and discussed the issue with the duty manager who said it would be no problem and made copies of all the relevant documents and he assured me that the money would be refunded with 14 days.
To date I have not received the refund, calls to the hotel meet with either an engaged line or no answer (The receipt does not have contact details but a number was found on the internet)
The resolution that I am looking to is for Peermont to refund the money as promised
