Fawlty Attitude at Fawlty Towers!!

My friend and I wanted to enjoy some time in cape town. We made enquiries at several places and decided upon The Fawlty Towers in Green Point. We phoned a Nicholas on the Wednesday to book in on the Friday. When we arrived on the Friday, it was to be told by Sharon at the desk that there were no rooms. This after phoning to confirm 5 minutes before we actually got there!!! We asked if they could please let us know when the room we wanted would be available. Sharon said that would be two days, ergo the sunday. Come sunday, we phone Sharon twice during the morning. on the second call I am told that the room would only be available after 4pm. i queried the price as the price for the week kept being raised with every call and was told that they "dont want to rent to people like us" and that "I must "!!! I am incredibly shocked at this kind of sevice! To insult a person when they start to query whats being said is beyond words! my trip to Cape Town has been complicated and I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth and wondering whether I should consider litigation! I shudder to think what kind of person this Sharon thought I was to say such rude, disgusting things!
