I called Discovery today to change my address, correct my son's middle name as spelling is incorrect, register my pregnancy and it seems to take forever to get it done. And just found out, Discovery had not only spelt my son's name wrongly but had the wrong mobile number down of mine. Shame! I have been passed around four times now and have been put on hold twice. Once was probably for 15 mins and am on hold second time now which has been over half an hour and am still on hold. The services department was suppose to be able to change my address instead the lady past me to someone else. But other departments are telling me that the services are meant to change my address and my son's name. I am disappointed by Discovery and am wasting my phone bill, let alone the time waiting! This is utter ridiculous how incompetent this company can be. I might as well change my health care provider! I am still on hold!!!
