I called the call centre today requesting that my plan be changed as I had been informed last year that I can only change once a year at the beginning of the year, needless to say I am now told they cannot change. No correspondence was sent to me, Discovery sent the mail to an incorrect email address when I had updated my details in August 2013 they now say, too bad I need to wait until 2015, is this how Discovery Health treats its clients more so its senior citizens? I am left with a very bitter taste in my mouth because I am now with a package which is of no use to me and they don't seem to give me any solution accept keep me holding on the phone as I have been, I have now been on this call for 40 minutes and this holding music is not doing me any good! I need someone to PLEASE assist me. Thank you.
