AT MY WITS END WITH DISCOVERY

I requested for Discovery to change my residential and postal address and they send me an email telling me that they have changed it. I received mail from my old address and they once again sent my post to the old address. I find it so annoying when i request something and i get reassured that the change has been done only to find out that IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE! I want a valid explanation for this because i am sick and tired of spending so much TIME AND EFFORT on people who gets paid to do this. I have my own job i dont need to be doing others for them too!!! So PLEASE dont phone me to apologise just CHANGE THE ADDRESS AS I REQUESTED
