I have been trying to get hold of the Discovery Health's collections department for 2 weeks now and every time I call the call centre they give me the wrong telephone numbers and when they put me through I hold on for an hour and no one answers. They promised to take me off ITC 2 or so weeks ago and I am still on there. The call was recorded when I spoke to them when I was listed but I'm sure they about it. It is affecting my credit record because they have not done their jobs.
I think it is appalling that they couldn't care about customers and I do not even owe them any money
Its pathetic that I have to put this on hellopeter for them to call me back.
