Resolution health does not care about my health, I was promised feedback after 8 working days, i had to call and get feedback only to be informed that nothing has happened, my case was escalated to Stephen Naidoo, the team leader there, getting hold of him is like trying to grab a grease covered eel, I have not gotten hold of him despite numerous attempts, i keep getting transfered to a voiceprompt which tells me that they are closed, no one calls, no one emails, they cant even pay for an operation that they themselves approved on a recorded line... i need to have my second operation and resolution health is actually causing me harm instead of taking care of my health.
