I handed in my new six monthly prescription for my chronic medication a week ago at Resolution Health. I faxed them the prescription with all my details on. After phoning them every day (their call centre is very ineffective) they have not given the pharmacy approval to give me my medication. They also lost my prescription that I faxed in the process so I had to send it again. I have been with them for 6 years and this is a routine exercise. I am on their top Prestige plan. I desperately need my medication.
Please stay away from Resolution Health they are terrible at everything they do. If I had the option I would leave, but I cannot due to my health.
Resolution Health I do not want a response from a PR person as you know this is not my first complaint.
