Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Deductions from wrong dependant benifits

It is disappointing that the only way I receive correspondence from Resolution is via HelloPeter.

I have emailed claims & clientservices on Feb 27, 2013 at 17:19, - then again on the Mar 4, 2013 at 10:55 - no response, with supporting documentation.

Medical Aid #20810xx
With reference to Claims from Practitioner: Botje M, Claims 2412805 and 2493738.

Please be advised that the incorrect deductions have been taken from the incorrect dependents scheme benefits.

The Patient should be dependant 1 (TDF) in all cases, and NOT principal member (GAF).

The wrong deductions have been allocated to incorrect patient, thus benefits have been deducted from incorrect patients scheme benefits.

The 2 submissions are incorrect - 20 Oct 2012 for R340, 00 and 15 Nov 2012 for R620 (R310 x 2).

Resolution must reverse all submissions by VisionCare in the name of GAF, and resubmit in the name of TDF.

VisionCare did resubmit on the 6th Feb 2013 with amendments to correct member, with covering letter stating error on submission, but again has been incorrectly assigned to GAF and not TDF.

Please refer to all claims, and correspondence to correct patient claims and benefit deduction errors as required
