I have been asking for my Tax certificate and for my Fiance as from the 20th June, our tax certificates are incorrect. Mr McCulloch and I have been working at the same company he was the main member on the medical aid at that time. He has resigned end of June 2012. I transferred the medical aid to my name in order to utilize my company's financial contribution. None of our details have changed, only that I was made the main member. I asked the lady that assisted me at the time (Liezel) if it would be an issue with the Tax Certificates as Mr McCulloch received a benefit from our company and her reply was, "No - it will be dated 30.06.2012" (I have written confirmation of this on file). I have been battling since the 20th June 2013 to receive the correct information in order for us to submit our SARS assessments. Mr McCulloch needs 2 tax certificates dates 1 March 2011 to 29 Feb 2012 and another one dated 1March 2012 to 30 June 2012.
I have cancelled my medical aid with resolution due to the pathetic service and all round incompetence. I have sent all the written correspondence to the Director, Martin Rimmer of Agility Global Health of whom has not had the decency to offer a reply
