I have tried numerous times to email Resolution health my claims to be processed and for a breakdown on what has currently been processed and what is outstanding on numerous occasions as I have a deadline to submit to GAP. I also gave notice on my medical aid to expire on the 31st Dec 2012 and have been debited twice since then (Instruction from broker as moved onto work medical aid benefits).
I am extremely dissapointed with the poor service I have been given, some emails do not even get replies to and if they do reply it is like 2/3 weeks later.
