I have been a Resolution Health Medical Scheme member for a couple of years now but must say the service I am getting is shocking. I was suspended due to a error on your side and nobody informed me. I asked for a written apology and I guess I will wait for ever more. Instead you just declined all my claims and I had to start paying for it myself. Last year I received a flu injection as part of my benefits. This year, despite the member fees that were increased I did not get a flu injection as part of my benefits. How is that possible? I have to pay more and my benefits are less??? I have to wait for a month before my money that you were supposed to pay to the doctor is paid back to me. Can I get interest on that??? I was told by Lucritia that the money will be in my account today. Guess what it is not!!! When you post a complaint on Hellopeter they answer you by saying we will contact you urgently. Is more than a week and after another Hellopeter complaint your idea of urgent???
