In Nov 2012 I submitted claims to Resolution Heath (RH) claims dept. The claim was acknowledged after 2weeks & RH tried to make payment in Dec 2012.Pmt didn't go thru, as they had my name incorrect under my banking details. But my bank a/c has been debited on time every mnth (never ever a prob), but for pmt on claims, my surname was Reddy instead of Govender. I contacted the claims dept, my ref no.408744. I ws assured ths would be sorted. My bank details were sorted, but still no pmt of the claim. I've been sending emails every 2wks requesting pmt, but still nothing-ws supposed 2b escalated-6mnths l8r & still nothing.
At the beginning of April I submitted 2 more claims, RH acknowledged the claims (Dermatoligist), but only processed 1 claim against ONCOLOGY benefits. No pmt ws made to me. I re-submitted claims 2wks later & this time they've made pmt to the dermatolgist- I'VE ALREADY PAID THE DERMATOLOGIST- I'm claiming from u!!! Now thats 4 claims that I have received no pmt.
36wks pregnant & due to deliver any day, I'm on classic option, which says hosp pmt 150%, bcoz my gynae is not contracted to them wil only pay 100%, even tho thats the only reason I selected ths option instead of 1 lowe
