Congrats Bonitas you have made me resort to Hello Peter, maybe this will improve the service or give any service at all.
for the past two months you have not deducted my account . i called in last month to inquire and i was told that it was the banks fault not yours. so ofcourse i understood and i transfered the funds into your account. this month again you failed to deduct my account. i called in spoke to one of your consultants yesterday 4.03.2013. she assured me that someone from the accounts department will contact me (still waiting). she ofcourse gave another rediculous reason why you failed to deduct my account. all you should have done is communicate with ur 'valued' clients on the technical problems you are facing. im beginning to think my contributions will be much appreciated else where.
