It's clear that Bonitas doesn't care about clients

ONCE AGAIN, I am totally disheartened by Bonitas.

I have been struggling for months on end. As soon as something gets resolved, then a new problem starts - and you want to know what my big problem is? PEOPLE NET GETTING BACK TO QUERIES. NOT ANSWERING PHONES! Seriously!

I've been having a problem regarding an account and this has been dragging on since 22 Apr. A month now!

The anesthetist's accounts lady has also phoned from her side. She phoned Ciska Fourie on 13 May, and Ciska told her she would get back to her. It is now 8 days later and she DIDN'T get back to her. The lady had to phone AGAIN yesterday, phone just ringing. JUST GIVE FEEDBACK!

When I phone - no answer as well. EXTREMELY frustrating.

The Anesthetist sent me an account of R11820, 50 (which I paid before my op). Now I am waiting for Bonitas to reimburse me. But last when I spoke to Ciska, she said on their system it only shows R8000 claim was submitted by the Anesthetist's office. But my account clearly states R11820, 50.

WHAT IS GOING ON THERE?? I am trapped in the middle and now NOTHING is happening and it seems that Bonitas thinks it is fine. Because they just don't FOLLOW UP!!

They don't care.
