How difficult is it to send a client a statement?

I have been sending emails requesting statements of claims and status from carecross. I have submitted 2 claims in November 2012 and still not sure if they were paid since they dont send a statement, or do not even notify if they make a payment.

May someone please send me a statement so I can reconcile my claims.
