BAD SERVICE

Bonitas deducted money from my account for their contribution whereas it has always been paid by my employer. now they are supposed to pay me back and it's a struggle. they are telling me to wait 5 days for the money to be returned to me. I cannot wait that long as it is not my fault in the first place.

Thanks to the supervisors Noloyiso and Letitia who tried to help me, but i'm not happy because their finace department is not helping. Now my account is messed up, thanks to Bonitas!

I hope they will also pay for my bank charges. They are too quick to deduct money from my account but too slow to reverse it.

I am verrrrry unhappy, and i will be taking this up with my Legal advisor and i'm going to sue you for emotional distress.
