I recently was put on early pension. I filled a debit order for Bonita to deduct my contributions from my bank account. Today (2013-07-17) I enquired about my tax certificate and was told that my account was suspended due to outstanding contributions. When I asked why the money was never deducted, I was told that it was my duty to pay the amount as they (Bonita) never received any documents stating they must get the money from my account.
