After an eye test I handed my glasses in to have the lenses replaced. According to them the lenses were already at the lab so it just needed to be fitted in the frame. After 3 days I was told my glasses are back. After fitting them and the optomotrist even bending the frame a bit, I realised it was the old lenses, in other words, NOTHING was done to my glasses. I received apoplogies but as I did not want to do business with them anymore (they were already paid by my medical aid), I insisted that they reverse the transaction. Bad, Bad, Bad service! Saying sorry and blaming the lab is not enough. I lost time at work because of this, now I have to go through the whole process again at another supplier. And because its a new year the medical aid claim wont be for 2012 as I needed it to be - this cannot be fixed at all.
