I am typing this email as mad as right now. On 09/01/2012 I've been on the line for last 24 minutes without any success. My claim was submitted on 06/12/2012 which was received and now I must hear that Resolution Health has got a backlog and I must wait untill 30/01/2013 for my refund which is unacceptable.
I need to get clarity within the next 24 hours i.r.o. the refund and I need a team leader or supervisor to phone me back.
This is very frustrating as I had no problem paying my premium and no problem paying the account at the hospital, but now I must wait 62 days before I can get my refund of only R530.00 back.
This is unacceptable and to tell me that I must wait to get my money back since 06/12/2012.
