Consistent bad service and no feedback

Earlier the year I had my eye test done at Specsavers Menlyn. When ordering my glasses, I had to go in three times to pay, every time an excuse why I can't pay. When I finally had my glasses there was defect, the second pair also had a defect and it took me two months before I finally had my glasses. Four weeks ago I ordered 3 months daily contact lenses. When collecting, they only ordered for one month, and did not process it via our medical aid savings. I requested my prescription because I want to move to a different optometrist without having these problems. I received a call that they will send me my prescription once the medical aid has paid, it is two weeks later, I have two weeks supply left, and no response again. We've just received consistently bad service from Specsavers Menlyn and every time mistakes. I just want my prescription so that I can rather order my contact lenses from a different branch. Surely they should have gotten a response from the medical aid by now.
