I dropped my glasses and the frame around one of the lenses snapped. I went to Spectacle Warehouse on Saturday morning to ask if they could help me. I was assisted by Lucretia who took my details, went straight away to one of the technicians and reported back that my glasses would be fixed within 30 minutes. A little while later Lucretia called me to let me know that the glasses were ready. I went to collect the glasses and was informed that there was no charge. Problem solved, efficient turnaround, great attitude and no charge. Well done Lucretia and Spectacle Warehouse! PS: the glasses in question were not even sold to me by Spectacle Warehouse but by another company. You have my business in future.
