I have had ongoing issues with Discovery health and vitality for ages now... please view previous complaints...
my vitality didnt move to my new discovery account with my wife and so i have been billed by VirginActive at normal prices!!!
this is not what i signed on for, and i was guaranteed that it would not happen. Discovery cannot provide the tyoe of service they are offering and i would suggest people look elsewhere if you dont want to be put in hospital by your health insurance due to stress and pain with processes...
i want the money refunded immediately and i dont want this to happen again next month (TOMORROW).
Please Discovery - Try to make this work this time... I have had enough of your incompetence
Listen to my recorded phone calls from the beginning on this month and listen to what i was told about this situation i am in...
