A week ago I complained about Discovery Health referring Vitlaity complaints to Discovery Vitality on HelloPeter, and Discovery Vitality not responding to ANY of the complaints in more than a month. So a consultant phoned me, and told me that they had a problem with HelloPeter, and that they would have it resolved by the following day, or else they would make a different plan to be able to access the complaints on HelloPeter by accessing the complaints as individuals, so thatthey could at least respond to members. Well- SURPRISE SURPRISE... nothing happened, and Vitality are now 5 weeks behind in attending to complaints. Funny how everybody else can access the Vitality complaints on HelloPeter, and it is only Discovery Vitality themselves that cannot acces them. Or is it maybe the same old - we don't care attitude??
