I recently purchased a spa voucher for Destiny Fulfilled Spa, I used it on the 23rd Feb
I would like to let you know that my experience with them was absolutely terrible, from the time I called to make the appointment, when I called again on friday 22nd Feb to confirm the appointment and when we went in on saturday.
They drop the phone when speaking to clients, they are rude, the have NO customer service skills!
When we went for the massages they were completely unorganized, one lady had on uniform and the other didn't and looked very untidy. the massages were unorganized as if they did not know what they were doing, the massage ladies where unprofessional and kept on giggling with each other throughout our sessions, they kept on leaving the room and leaving the door open and other people kept coming in and out of our room which I think i pathetic!
one of the ladies messed water all over our clothes and did not even apologize!
I have been to many spas before and never have I been treated with such disrespect!
This experience has horrible and i would not recommend this spa to anyone!
