This is to let you know that I am not very happy at the moment on the service I received from Momentum Health.
On 05/02/2013 I had to drive to your offices in Umhlanga Rocks to obtain an authorisation number to be admitted to hospital on 08/02/2013, there it took at least 45 minutes to obtain the authorisation number, the one procedure was not approved although I had a similar procedure done in Jan 2012 for a complete different issue.
On Tuesday 12/02/2013 I was admitted to hospital for Lumber treatment as the doctors were not sure what is the problem with me. I phoned your call centre and was told that I must go to the hospital and the hospital staff can phone for an authorisation number, this was a total mess up as they only gave a reference number. I then phoned your call centre again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Adriaan who tried to assist but could not. After I threatend to go to the news papers I was given an authorisation number, so my point is why do I have to threaten your staff to get the service I pay for. They are more concerned about exclusions then to assist you with your excisting problems. I also do not see why there has to be exclusions as I paid for it.
