Authorised hospital account rejected-fooling me?

My membership number is 11637752. N1 City Netcare telephonically contacted BestMed to obtain authorisation for the procedure which was gastroscopy. Both the hospital and I were notified that it was approved. Then I logged into my BestMed member portal site and noticed that only my general surgeon's account claim was accepted. The hospital account claim was rejected. It is really uncalled for when you issued me authorisation number and then you prejudiced my standing when your assessors do not properly assess or establish that the hospital procedure was done under the authorisation number. You are given seven working days to re-assess the claims from the hospital. Your failure to do this will result in me logging a claim at court where I will prove to the court that I'm being prejuidiced. Forget about CMS as this will take too long. Thank you for messing up with the new client as your so-called reserve ratio is quite 32%??? Where is the real service from the assessor's department? You have been given a straight warning - no excuses. Seven working days. Seven working days.
