On 22 january i consulted a gynea which was supposed to be paid out of risk for the PMB E28.2 you fools paid it from my savings for the past month i have been arguing with you refund my savings from risk.
All i get is reference number after reference number and all i want is for it to be sorted.
I want a customer service agent to come and see me immediately to resolve this or else i will be going to the counsel of medical schemes.
