Terrible service

My husband and his kidney donor have had to undergo tests all year. Tests that are covered by our Prescribed Minimum Benefits on our medical aid scheme. And Discovery Health has been erroneously using our Medical Savings account. I have been calling and emailing Discovery since January this year. I have been promised that the queries are escalated, and sorted. But nothing has happened. They have responded on some of my queries saying the accounts had the incorrect ICD10 codes on, which is rubbish. I have seen the accounts and they are correct. The problem is that you always have to speak to a different person and explain the story again and again. Why can you not be assigned one consultant who can help you from start to finish.
Our health is at risk here. And a lot of money is at stake.
I just want our medical savings to be refunded and for Discovery to pay for what they are supposed to pay for. We have been paying our monthly debit orders religiously for years and years, but now when it's crunch time I feel we are being let down.
