On 11/03/2013 my son went into Life Hospital Beacon Bay for a procedure. Discovery does not make panyments into Life Hospitals even out of my MSA so I found out when I got there that I had to pay R2850 cash which Discovery Health would then pay me back within three days.
After a debacle with them supposedly paying the money into an incorrect bank account, i got a call from Anthea promising my money would be paid back to by by Easter (Thursday 2013/03/27) and I am still waiting.
For goodness's sake the money is meant to come from my own Medical Savings Account, everytime these people promise to call (all cases documented on email) they never do.
I always have to phone in and speak to someone else and explain the story and get a different version of the story ALL THE TIME.
