Medical Savings Account Refund

On 2013/05/17 Mr B.J. Botha was incorrectly billed by Dr NA Janse Van Rensburg. We contacted them and they acknowledged that it was a mistake on their part and will send Discovery Health a letter to fix this. This has been outstanding since then. I emailed the documents to Shervonne again on 2013/07/19 after Dr Janse Van Rensburg has done it four times already and was told it takes 48 hour for the money to reflect on the Medical Savings account. I followed up on this query on 2013/07/23, 2013/07/25 and again on 2013/08/13, the money is still not refunded to the savings account and she does not reply to my e-mails when I enquire why this is still not resolved. The query reference number 2935267308. Mr Botha are now liable for any medical expenses due to the medical savings account being exhausted due to incorrect billing. Can it really take 3 months to resolve a dispute after the relevant party acknowledged that they mistake and Discovery can reverse the claim.
