DISCOVERY VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

My daughter went in for a procedure on her teeth in jan 2013. she had to go to hospital as she is only three years old. i phoned discovery for a authorisation number and they informed me that i dont need one as my kid is only 3. they also informed me that i would have to pay R1400 out of my savings account and the rest will come off the hospital plan. they took R7000 off my savings and i contacted the dentist who in return contacted discovery. they said it was an error from their side and would be rectified within 3 days. after a week we went thruogh this process 3 times more and still no refund. they are quick to cancel medical aids when people dont pay but they are in fact the ones not paying. WHO WILL CANCEL THEM!!!

I feel that discovery is at what they do and for a big company like that they are pathetic. i have consulted with my lawyer and gave him all 4 reference numbers they gave me when they and said they would refund me.

I WILL SHOW THEM I ALSO HAVE RIGHTS. I PAY THEM R6000 PER MONTH. PEP STORES GIVES BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS.

VERY VERY VERY SAD DISCOVERY.
