I have a query that has been going on since December 2012. I have numerous reference numbers and people's names and nobody is capable of sorting this issue out. I have emailed all queries several times but they ignore all. They paid my PMB;s from my savings account for 2 years (2011 & 2012 leaving me short and having to pay for scripts from my pocket. It seems that I will have no alternative but to take this to the Council of Medical Schemes and the Ombudsman. Thank heavens I have resigned and am now dealing with a capable medical aid scheme.
