Account was not paid after a request was made

I spoke to Fiona From Discovery in the beinging of Feb for an account with Lancet that was not paid by discovery in october 2012. she said that she would resubmit the claim so that it can be paid. reference number Fiona gave is 2710927805. Yesterday I got an sms from Lancet as the account was still not paid, my husband then called discovery and for 30min holding nobody could assist him and they had to many excuses. this is unacceptable as i pay almost R4000 a month on the medical aid to have issues for claims that are not paid and nobody can assist you correctly when we call. These are the reference numbers for the account that needs to be paid- V1344629 which was paid, V1671300 which is not paid. Can someone please assist ASAP as a will not call the Discovery again to hold on and nobody to fix the problem.
