Good day. My husband and his potential donor have had numerous tests done this year in order to prepare for his kidney transplant. Discovery medical Aid was supposed to pay for these tests out of our Hospital Benefit because it is a Prescribed Minimum Benefit. However R6, 185.50 has been taken from our Medical Savings incorrectly. I have been chasing since 14 January and no one has got back to me or refunded our Medical Savings. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed. We have been with Discovery Medical Aid for about 10 years.
