Pity I can only send one report per five day period. It will take me months or years to report all the queries.

Problem 1.

My daughter is on medication for Epilepsy. The neurologist took her off her medication because he didn't believe that she had epilepsy. Immediately thereafter she had two massive seizures which resulted in her being hospitalised. The neurologist then gave her a prescription for Epilim. After a few days she was still experiencing minor seizures. I phoned the doctor and he increased the dosage.

We were unhappy with the neurologist after this incident and took her to another doctor who prescribed the same drug with a different dosage. Discovery refuse to pay.

My irritation is that I have spent hours on the phone beings shoved from one incompetent clown to another more incompetent clown. It is virtually impossible to ever get back to the person you spoke to originally so end up telling the whole story from the beginning only to be told that they will have to investigate and that is the last you hear from them. Never once do they bother to give feedback.
