I am very unhappy with the threats being sent to me, I had an operation last year and a long illness prior to the operation, however in that I knew I wanted to keep up with my discount at the gym so when I can go back I will be able too. in January I received an email saying I had to go at least 3 more times in order to keep my 80% discount and I forced and went about 8 times in the month and only four of those times reflect on the website, which even that is adequate as per your original 3 more times request. Today I have now received a new email saying I am only at 31 visits for the year and need 5 more to keep my discount, can you not see that this is a plain indication to me that sometimes you ignore the actual facts and just make up numbers?! I find this very upsetting and intolerable as I will be charged extra just cause you guys feel like it and can manipulate numbers when it suits you. I am very unhappy with the way discovery has handled my hospital costs a and now this as well. I am near canceling this medical aid. You guys are so money hungry you even manipulate gym visits! i don't see how I moved from a total of 33 gym visits in January&31 in February
