I made an appointment with the dental side of the intercare and made a follow up appoint to permanently fix my dental problem.
My appointment was for 2013/02/13 at 08:00 I arrive and wait in the waiting area as instructed and then I get told my appointment is for the following week (2013/02/20), After I told the receptionist but they called me to confirm the appointment for this date she just said she is sorry and unable to help me.
So now I have to sit for another week with my dental problem because my appointment magically moved to the following week and I think this is totally unacceptable.
