Unfriendly staff always no appointments

Phoned Medicross this morning for a dental appointment while asking for an appointment sorry we are full do not ask what is wrong only when you tell her you are in pain it is an emergency the soonest they can help is a Wednesday 12:15 after insisting I am in pain and the latest appointment I will take is Wednesday. The cr? che phones me my son is sick we have to pick him up. My husband phones the doctors to find out what doctors is available. Sorry sir we are full. They do not tell you to hold on let me see what doctors is available or at what time is the quickest we can help or bring him through we will see what we can do. They all have the same attitude when answering the phone and the next answer you get is SORRY WE ARE FULL. If you are a walk in patient at Edenvale you do not even sit 10 minutes then you are helped. But why must I travel to Medicross Edenvale if my file is with Benoni and the dr.'s knows our history. Does Medicross still want to work / operate? This is not the first time. The previous time I had to phone the regional Manager from Medicross (Allan) to get an dental appointment.
