I phone ADT to book an appointment to activate the alarm in my new house. They said someone will contact me, nobody did. I phone two days later and was booked an appointment 1 week later. While still on hold, after receiving a sms to confirm the appointment, I was told that the time was actually not available, and that I can only get an appointment in 2 weeks time. This is such bad service - I am going to look for alternate service provider.
