I have tried on 3 separate occasions to book appointments at this dental facility. Dr Desai has never made an appointment that I have book and has rescheduled EVERY appointment I have made with her. Today I thought seeing another doctor would be a better option. After calling first thing in the morning for a 7:30 appointment to confirm that all is in order consider my last experiences at the facility, the receptionist confirmed that I should come in. Once there, I was asked to come back at 9:00am! On querying why they confirmed that I can come in if they couldn't make my appointment and the receptionist proceeds to act like she no longer understand English. Overall pathetic service from these dentists and their support staff!
These people seem to think that their customers sit around waiting for an appointment with them instead of understanding that they are in a service environment and their customers pay they salary. I am done being messed around by doctors that cannot understand the importance of something as simple as keeping an appointment!
