Hi, I had a fitment appointment for Saturday 10/08/2013 at 10:00am and i waited until 10:45am no one sms'd or called me regarding the appointment, when i called them they told me that the person who was supposed to come had an accident so they rescheduled the appointment, i then asked that lady who did they inform about that she said i was supposed to receive an sms or a call from then told her i never got either of those. She then made another appointment for me for Sunday 11/08/2013 at 11:00am and again the appointment was not honoured and as the person who was supposed to my the tracker came an hour and a half later and said he got lost.

When you take a contract with them they tell you, should you not meet the appointment then you will pay R570 i feel that clause is totally unfair as they couldn't meet the appointment twice and all they said was sorry i'm really not happy with the service because had i not have met the appointment i would have paid R570 but they won't be penalised whatsoeve
