I made an appointment with Melinda to come and give us a quote. Our appointment was scheduled for 4pm, Tuesday, 15 October 2013 based on her availability. We took time off work to be available. After waiting for 30 minutes I rang her to find out if she was lost. She said she was unable to make our appointment as she was in Germiston. UNACCEPTABLE - if she was unable to see us she could have at least phoned to delay or cancel our appointment.
