There has been a continuous battle going on with Polmed since 1 April 2011 to try and get money paid back from Polmed, which had to be paid to various service providers due to a mistake from the side of Polmed. The amount owing is more than R31, 0000.00 and every time there is a different story. On 11 February 2013 there was a story that the money will now be paid to the doctor. They admit this is a mistake, but now informed that if they try and rectify this mistake, it will take another 3 months. Goodness sake! What happened to good customer service? Should they not pride themselves on keeping their members happy? Apparently not.
