Service - What is Service?

On 5/2/13 and 7/2/13, I submitted claims. To date these claims have not been paid. On 11/2/13 I contacted Discovery to find out why. Clyde tells me that they are in the system. he also tells me that claims tale 3 -4 working days to process. Why am I still waiting. He can not answer me. Discovery have shocking, shocking service.
It seems that the only way to get a response from Discovery is to report the matter on Hello Peter.
