My mother had to go for a MRI. Polmed had to give clearance. They require xray first.
On the 7th of February 2013 @ 16:45 Van dyk & partners emailed the nessasary documents to
To Polmed. The next morning nobody knew about the email. They resent tithe next day at 08:58 after we have been waiting for half an hour. At 09:55 I personally called Rose, as the last email was sent to her. She said it was taking long because she did not receive it, which is strange because I have copies of the mails.
When Iwanted a timeframe of how long this problem was going to take, ROSE hung up on me.
After sitting at the hospital waiting for almost 2 hours, i feel that I have the rite to ask for timeframe.
It very rude for a call centre agent to slam the phone while i am still talking to her.
Luckily these callsare recorded.
