Awesome help and understanding given

I was admitted into hospital and after 2 or so days medical aid decided they are not going to be paying the bill. The case manager and her boss were continuously on the phone with the medical aid trying to sort out the problem. The Life healthcare accounts dep. then received my account as it was not paid, and they were also trying to get my account paid by the medical aid. Due to me being on bed rest i could not do much about it until now, however the accounts department accepted payment arrangements from us, and were very helpfull. The account is now in the process of being paid for by discovery, but if it was not for the understanding of Dawie and Amanda i am not sure where we would be at today. Thank you for your time and understanding and compassion about the whole thing
