Good day, I need assistance please I have a daughter that's got cancer and medical invoices were sent from the doctors rooms to my medical aid. My medical aid Polmed states that they have never received these statements and invoices. I have neither received it as on the invoices my street address were wrong so the invoices never come to me. with my daughters follow up I received a copy and took it to my medical aid myself they told me that they have paid what they received and these they never received but will process. Now its been process but not paid. Doctors practise number is 2300095 and my medical aid is Polmed my member number is 0095388. For this period authorisation was received from my medical aid for my daughter to be admitted. 22/04/11 code 0145, 22/04/11 code 0175, 23/04/11 code 0109, 24/04/11 code 0109, 19/05/11 code 99953, 17/06/11 code 99953. Could you please assist me with this as i have phoned all over now and no assistance.
