Dear Discovery.
After repeated attempts of speaking to your consultants, who said that the issue is being escalated, one of my claims have not been processed. This would now be the 7th working day.
Can you please get one of your senior claims processors on to this and finalise this and provide feeback.
Up to now Discovery has always been quick and efficient to process claims, but to be at 7 working days and counting, and having not sent any feedback, is simply not acceptable.
